This support is designed for executives, managers, and small to medium-sized organizations seeking assistance with their human resources management, whether on an ad-hoc or ongoing basis. My role is to provide you with an external perspective, operational support, and solutions tailored to your organization, taking into account regulatory, human, and organizational challenges. What the support can include: Comprehensive HR support can cover: - Personnel administration - Drafting employment contracts and handling hiring formalities (DPAE) - Organizing and structuring HR practices - Supporting managers and executives in their roles - Preventing and managing sensitive situations (tensions, internal conflicts) - Initiatives to promote well-being and quality of work life - Addressing specific or ad-hoc HR needs Each intervention is customized to your specific context, priorities, and the size of your organization. Intervention Methods Support sessions can take place: - On-site, at your company - Remotely, via videoconference The duration and frequency of the sessions are defined together, according to your needs (one-off assignment, regular support, assistance during a specific situation). Pricing Comprehensive HR support services are offered on an hourly basis, depending on your needs: €75 including VAT per hour (VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code) (€2 including VAT per hour beyond 30km from Jonzac) Preferential rates are available with monthly subscription plans. Each request is preceded by a discussion to define the scope of the intervention and offer you tailored support.
