With 20 years of experience across diverse environments — from SMEs to multinational companies, in France and internationally — I have worked for organizations in a wide range of sectors, including auditing, training, amusement parks, the creative field, and traditional retail. This diverse experience allows me to understand the practical challenges faced by each organization and to provide targeted, personalized solutions.
Driven by a strong human sensitivity, I believe in everyone’s ability to grow, even when they have not yet found the confidence to express it. My experience in theatre has also given me valuable tools: active listening, accuracy in communication, and confidence in public speaking.
Now living in the countryside, I thrive in a calmer environment that encourages reflection and personal alignment. I aim to bring this same balance into the support I provide.
