This support is for individuals who wish to clarify their career goals, structure their job search, and receive guidance at every stage, from initial reflection to securing a position. The program consists of 5 personalized sessions, tailored to your situation and objectives: - Career Project: Listening and Strategy Analysis of your background and expectations, and definition of a suitable job search strategy. - CV Redesign(s) Work on the content and format of your CV, ensuring it aligns with your career goals and target positions. - Application Support Assistance with writing applications, targeting job offers, and organizing your job search. - Interview Preparation Interview preparation (presentation, questions, posture, highlighting your experience). - Contract and Working Conditions Review Analysis of the proposed contract and discussion of working conditions before starting the position. Sessions can be held via videoconference or in person, depending on your location and preference. The frequency of appointments will be determined together, based on your availability and needs. Pricing: Packages: Package of 5 one-hour in-person sessions*: €250 Package of 5 forty-minute videoconference sessions: €160 *In-person sessions are offered in Jonzac and within a 30 km radius. For in-person sessions, we will determine a suitable and neutral location together (no home visits). Single sessions: In-person: €55 per one-hour session Videoconference: €35 per forty-minute session
