The program consists of five personalized one-hour sessions, tailored to your situation and objectives, conducted in person or via videoconference. Sessions: - Assessment & Initial Guidance Keys Analysis of your career path, identification of obstacles, and initial career insights. - Skills, Talents & Potential Valuing your skills, natural talents, and soft skills. - Values, Motivations & Drivers of Engagement Exploring your motivations and essential criteria for making a coherent future choice. - Exploring Career Paths Identifying concrete and realistic paths, analyzing different professions, and developing initial career hypotheses. - Decision & Action Plan Priority choices, personalized action plan, and next steps to bring your project to fruition. Pricing and Terms: Package of 5 sessions: In-person*: €250 Online: €160 *In-person sessions are offered in Jonzac and within a 30 km radius. For in-person sessions, we will determine a suitable and neutral location together (no home visits). Single sessions: In-person: €55 / 1 hour Online: €35 / 40 minutes
