Document review, quick advice, ad-hoc HR decision support Ideal for small businesses or self-employed individuals *** 2. Standard Package – 4 hours/month €255 incl. VAT / month The right balance between autonomy and support. This package is designed for managers of very small and small businesses who want regular HR support without hiring. Do you need practical advice, administrative assistance, or a more structured HR framework? I'm here for you. HR support, administrative assistance, work organization, conflict management... *** 3. Premium Package – 8 hours/month €480 incl. VAT / month A true HR liaison, at the heart of your organization. Are you managing multiple HR issues, internal human resource challenges, or an organizational restructuring? I offer more in-depth support, with a constructive yet structured external perspective. Comprehensive HR support, management of complex situations (quality of work life, conflicts, internal processes), internal organization & structuring of practices *** The advantages of an HR subscription: - Regular follow-up - Reduced rate of 10% to 20% depending on the chosen plan - Priority for your HR requests - No commitment: total freedom Please note: - All services are included in the time allotted in the package (except recruitment). - Unused hours cannot be carried over, except in exceptional circumstances. - Prices shown are inclusive of all taxes (VAT not applicable – article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
