A pragmatic and structured approach Each recruitment process is conducted according to a clear methodology, tailored to the position and your expectations: - Defining the need Analysis of the position, the type of contract, the required skills, the context, and the proposed conditions. - Sourcing and selecting candidates Targeted search, application review, and pre-selection interviews. Depending on the position, appropriate tests (office skills, sales, etc.) may be integrated into the process. - Presenting candidates I present you with relevant profiles that align with your needs. You retain the final decision regarding which candidate to interview and recruit. Pricing Recruitment is subject to specific pricing, based on the position and type of contract. Percentage-based payment: 10% of gross annual salary for positions up to €40,000 15% for positions over €40,000 (VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code) For other types of contracts, a fixed fee will be agreed upon together, based on your specific needs.
